Did I mention that my darling fake trophy wife gave me an ice cream maker as a housewarming present?

And did I also mention that she and I have now poured everything either mint or chocolate that we could get our hands on--and between the two of us, we're very good at finding such things--into said ice cream maker?

There might also be a mystery ingredient. That I promise is not peanut butter. Or maple syrup, although it was a very near thing.

Regardless, someone should probably save Jubilee and I from getting our just desserts, by which I mean that we are at a very real risk of eating an entire bucket of ice cream by ourselves.

Door's open. BYOS.

Door is boarded shut. Let me know when it is safe to venture out again.

As long as we're distracted with melty mint chocolate goodness, you should be fine.

It's once we run out that you should be worried.

I think I may be able to see through time now...or possibly blow up something large. Anyone got any alien whales they need taken care of?

Sadly, all I have is a potted petunia.

Does it need blowing up?

From: [identity profile] x-courier.livejournal.com
Quite possibly. Most things do.

Oops. I think I may have frightened that alley cat. You didn't need that pot for anything did you?

Think of the storage space I just saved you. I'm a helper, obviously. You could always get JP to buy you a rose bush.

Dwarf blood orange tree. If it produces food, it might have a better chance of survival.

True, true. We would never harm food. It's much too valuable.

Oh, but maple syrup is so good in vanilla ice cream.

And I think it's fair to say that we'll be trying that one next. Unfortunately, it was vetoed as not fitting into the mint-chocolate spectrum.

Pistachio, on the other hand...

Mmm, pistachio. I do believe this ice cream is almost as good as Bobby was able to make.

That, my dear, is because we are goddamn geniuses.

(Almost? Almost?! I'm hurt.)

Hey! No fair taking away my spoon. I promise not to besmirch your ice cream making skills again. Now, give it!

We should add alcohol to the next batch. Vodka ice cream!

Eating ice cream is a privilege, not a right. Or something.

Next batch is vanilla maple syrup, so I think whiskey instead of vodka. Still, brilliant! You're good at this.

I have not yet begun to pout. You're just lucky you gave me back my spoon. I may have even brought on the tears! See? I protect you from these things. Am I not generous?

Also, whiskey and vanilla maple syrup. Mmm. Is it considered drinking if we're eating it?

Bah. We've been fake married long enough that I know all of your tricks, and can see right through them.

Of course not. Unless it's Guinness.

Ooh, Guinness ice cream...

I will obviously have to find new ways then. I wonder if Emma will teach me any?

I like the way you think! Guinness ice cream should be next.
